Confirm the identifier columns
Both files also need listing_status and event_time. Use ISO timestamps with a timezone. See the required columns.
Comparison delay, if known
Unknown is allowed. This seller-provided threshold helps review timing; it does not confirm current marketplace state.

Prepare the two source files
Both CSVs need the same four fields. The two IDs identify the physical copy and its marketplace listing.
| Field | Active snapshot | Sold export |
|---|---|---|
physical_item_id | Your ID for this individual physical copy | |
marketplace_listing_id | The matching marketplace listing ID, including leading zeros | |
listing_status | Status when captured | Recorded sale status |
event_time | Snapshot timestamp | Sale timestamp |
Use ISO timestamps with a timezone. You can change the two ID column names in the source settings.
Similar titles do not identify the same copy. Missing IDs, duplicate pairs and uncertain timing stay visible in the review.
Exports include all report rows, regardless of the selected filter. Review private identifiers before sharing.
Prepare the export columns
Both files need your selected physical-item and listing ID columns, plus listing_status and event_time.
An active row needs the time its state was captured. A sold row needs its event time. Use ISO timestamps with a timezone. Conflicting statuses, uncertain timing and duplicate identifiers require seller review.

A dated review, with the unresolved records kept
Need a listing review?
The £149 service reviews up to 500 rows from seller-provided exports and returns a dated list of possible mismatches and unresolved records. We first check whether your exports contain usable identifiers. Similar card titles are not enough to identify the same physical card.
Describe the job first. We agree the files, deliverable and timing before payment.
